The demo Theme looked another way

I just bought the Pro Theme physiotherapy WP Theme, cause the free theme was great but could´t change that much in design.
After installed the pro, the design lookes diffrent, I can´t insert my Logo, Can´t change the look of it. The gameplay of the site is also different.

How can I change to the free design with my Logo with a Pro function.

Also in Pro the WordPress Custumizer is not working anymore, only the big custumizer.

I even cant change and add my sites to the menu.

Please Help
