Pages: remove margin/padding betwwen header and body

I want to remove the padding between header and body for non home pages for yoga pro theme. I wanted to remove padding top and bottom and tried to put a css code but it didn’t help. can you please let me know how to remove this. what code should I Use and where should I put it?
